Can I book a walk in, phone or video reservation with a specific doctor?
Walk in reservations are not doctor specific, but are for the first doctor available at the time of your booking.
In person and phone appointments can be booked with your family doctor.
If i saw a doctor already, can I book another appointment for a second opinion from another doctor the same day?

- School/Camp/Work forms
- Driver’s Physicals
- Work Physicals
- Sick Notes
What if I do not have valid medical coverage?
If we are unable to validate your medical coverage or you do not have medical coverage, there will be a charge for the visit.
What if I live in another province/another country?
There will be a charge for all patients who do not have valid medical coverage in Canada. However, we must be able to verify your coverage prior to your visit.
Will you call me with my results?
Patients are responsible for following up with the doctor for all test results. If your result is abnormal, we will make every effort to get a hold of you, however, you are encouraged to follow up with the doctor if symptoms persist and worsen. Please ask our staff or the doctor how long it will take for your test results to come back to ensure you are able to follow up in a timely manner.
Can I get my Allergy Injection at this clinic?
Yes, you can book an appointment for your allergy shot.
